Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to desktop computer users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting printer and other peripheral devices. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, handling desk side support, and ensuring that users have a smooth and efficient computing experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Printer Support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial
