Zycus is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer ( FRESHERS ) for its internal IT team. Candidates should have basic knowledge of Office 365, troubleshooting and should possess decent communication skills. The primary job responsibilities include: Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products viz. Microsoft client operating systems (Windows7/ Windows8, Windows10), Email (Outlook), File Print service, MS office, and various business applications etc Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz. desktops, thin clients, laptop, printers and scanners etc Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards. Communicating with overseas customers and solving their desktop related problems by using remote tools like MS TEAMS, Skype for Business, Web Ex etc Supporting desktop maintenance, security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management Interacting technical people at a variety of levels as well as ability to address technical issues with non-technical associates. Ideal candidate would have: Bachelors Degree - BE / B.
