Job Description (JD):
• Branch visits within Gandhidham and nearby areas (Field Work)
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, switches, passbook kiosks, Outlook & printers
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated requests with high CSAT
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for complex technical issues
• Track incidents/requests to ensure SLA compliance
• Enforce IT security policies & access controls
• Regular business user interaction and actionable tracking
• Remote support capability
• Strong communication, technical skills & problem-solving abilities
• Physical asset verification
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (General Shift); holiday support as needed
