Job Description

Windows Administrator/IT Infrastructure 7+ years of work experience with the following skill sets Bachelors degree in information technology or computer Science. ¢Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator is preferred. ¢Windows Server internals, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, PowerShell Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Windows Deployment Services (WDS), DNS and DHCP - Must have. ¢Understanding on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM). ¢Ability to create PowerShell Scripts ¢Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN. ¢Work with IT Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot application issues when users are unable to access or authenticate to system ¢Work with IT management to ensure systems are in compliance with overall IT policies and standards ¢Advanced knowledge of configuring and managing group policies to include WMI filtering, preference items, and targeting both user and computer objects. ¢Diagnose and resolve replication issues. ¢Expertise in building and managing domain controllers and forests/domains. ¢Knowledge of FSMO roles and seizing roles, User account Management, Back Up and restore management of AD objects and auditing. ¢Setting up and managing Active Directory Sites and Subnets ¢Understand and support Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, WINS. ¢Familiarity with O365 and License Management ¢Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup. ¢Excellent problem-solving skills. ¢Good analytical and communication skills. ¢ IT network security work experience ¢Experience working on AV/End point Security. ¢ Maintain/update inventory and assets records Roles & responsibilities : ¢Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems. ¢Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers. ¢Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. ¢Troubleshooting system and server errors. ¢Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. ¢Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase. ¢Managing user access and perform regular audits. ¢Monitoring system performance. ¢Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups. ¢Good understanding on Windows Firewall, group policies and security. ¢Windows Azure is desired.
