Role & Responsibilities: Handling desktop (Outlook, Antivirus, Basic Networking, Hardware/OS/Applications Troubleshooting) Installing & Configuring Windows 10/11 Operating System Exp Computer Support for System Software and Hardware Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive. Installation and Managing of antivirus products.Taking / Monitoring Regular data backup, restoration of data & mail backup of MS outlook. Having exp in handling VPN and VDI Issues. Having exp in Handling Senior Users calls.
