Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Desktop Support L2 Engineer to provide technical support and assist in the migration of systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role involves both onsite and field support across multiple user locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform onsite visits for Windows 10 to 11 migration, including data backup, OS installation, and app configuration.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Configure and maintain systems using SCCM/Intune/MDT tools.
  • Support users post-migration and ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Maintain documentation and IT asset inventory.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of desktop support experience (L2).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
