Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer L1 to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide managed and monitored all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability.
Offer L1 Level support in LAN and remote settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
Configure Microsoft Outlook for users and address mail problems.
Handle printer and WiFi device maintenance at customer locations.
Install applications and computer peripherals as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Windows environments and knowledge of network security practices.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
Basic networking skills including peer-to-peer, map drive, and data sharing.
Knowledge of anti-virus programs and excellent communication skills.
