Desktop Engineer

Job Description: You will be working as an IT support engineer in a roaming engineer profile providing technical support to various clients in Delhi NCR. Your role will involve bike driving, and you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Resolving Windows related problems - Managing Outlook - Handling Antivirus and Windows update management - Performing basic troubleshooting for CCTV - Conducting basic networking troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in technical support roles - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Outlook - Familiarity with Antivirus and Windows update management - Basic understanding of CCTV troubleshooting - Knowledge of basic networking troubleshooting techniques Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. You will be working in day shifts from Monday to Friday at various client locations in Delhi NCR.
