Installation of OS like Windows 98, 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 2000 & 2003 Server. Troubleshooting LAN & WAN connectivity issues. Diagnosis & creation of email IDs on Mail Server. Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. Installation, configuration, and management of print servers & network printers. Pushing antivirus agent to client machines through the Antivirus central management console. Checking antivirus logs from the Antivirus central management console. Scan scheduling for client machine antivirus from the Antivirus central management console. Installation of OS like Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows XP, and Windows 7. Installation and configuration of standard software like Microsoft Office. Configuration and troubleshooting of Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook, Tally ERP 9, Tally 9 & Tally 7.2. Solving Windows Operating System-related problems. Installing network printers and solving printer-related problems. Assembling of systems. Worked on branded systems (HP, IBM, and Dell). Requirements & Skills Desktop assembling & disassembling. All client & server OS installation. Network monitoring and configuration of Wi-Fi routers (Netgear, D-Link, iBall). Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers & basic network equipment. Windows Administration.
