Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Consultant to join our team. You will also play a critical role in reviewing requirement documentation, estimating budgets, and driving deal closures. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements. Requirement Gathering: Conduct initial requirement discussions and gather relevant inputs from clients. Coordination with BA Team: Transfer client requirements clearly to the Business Analyst team and coordinate effectively to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Budget Estimation: Collaborate with internal teams to estimate project budgets based on scope and requirements. Proposal Support: Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and scope documents for client presentations. Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture and convert them into successful business opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement in a tech/services environment. Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate client requirements effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to review and analyze business requirement documents. Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
