We’re expanding fast and looking for energetic HR & Marketing Managers to join our influencer recruitment division. You’ll manage all HR responsibilities and help us hire and onboard influencers from across India for our marketing campaigns. ✅ Handle complete HR recruitment cycle for influencer onboarding. ✅ Source, screen, and manage influencers from different cities. ✅ Conduct interviews, explain partnership terms, and finalize collaborations. ✅ Maintain influencer records and coordinate with internal marketing teams. ✅ Support HR operations including attendance, documentation, and reporting. The HR and Admin Assistant supports both human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HR records, employee relations, as well as general administrative tasks such as office coordination, document management, and communication handling. Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, induction, exit formalities). Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic. Help process leave applications, timesheets, and attendance tracking. Assist with employee engagement activities and HR communications. Support compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain HR-related documentation such as contracts, memos, and policies. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication. Knowledge of influencer marketing or social media platforms preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
