Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive who will drive business growth by building relationships with industry professionals, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our range of premium products. The role involves both B2B sales and relationship-based marketing . Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers in Pune and surrounding regions. Present product samples, catalogues, and technical details to clients. Generate new leads through field visits, networking events, and referrals. Follow up with clients to ensure conversions and repeat business. Maintain an up-to-date client database (CRM). Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery and after-sales service. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new design/product innovations. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 2–5 years in sales/marketing, preferably in building materials, interiors, or architectural products. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of Pune’s architectural and builder community will be an advantage. Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
