We are Urgently Hiring for Designer & Technical Sales Executive in Surat Location Job Position: Designer & Technical Sales Executive Location: Surat (Ghod-dod) Department: Design & Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a Designer & Technical Sales Executive who can handle both design and sales for premium brands Nuance (concrete panels), Fenesta (windows &doors), and Kronotex (flooring solutions). This role requires a combination of design expertise, technical knowledge, and sales skills to provide tailored solutions to architects, contractors, and end customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design &Technical Consultation: Create innovative and practical design solutions for Nuance panels, Fenesta doors & windows, and Kronotex flooring based on project requirements. Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software to create detailed drawings and layouts. Provide technical guidance on product specifications, material selection, and installation feasibility. Conduct site visits to take measurements and ensure accurate execution of designs. 2. Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities by engaging with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Present and demonstrate Nuance, Fenesta, and Kronotex products, explaining their benefits and applications. Prepare and share customized quotations based on client requirements. Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profit margins and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business. Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve sales strategies. 4. Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with installation teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order processing and timely deliveries. Submit weekly reports on sales performance, project updates, and client interactions. Key Requirements: 1. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in design and technical sales, preferably in architectural products, flooring, or facade solutions. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or relevant design tools is preferred. 2. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of Nuance (concrete panels), Fenesta (windows & doors), and Kronotex (flooring). Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to consult and influence architects, contractors, and decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for customized client solutions. 3. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of pricing, quotations, and project-based sales is a plus.
