Designer (Reports & Visual Communication)

Location:

Pune/Mumbai (Hybrid)

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Designer

who can elevate the visual quality of Quesrow’s consulting reports, presentations, dashboards, and internal communication assets. The role involves creating clean, professional design layouts, templates, charts, and data-driven visuals that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Design and format consulting reports, deliverables, presentations, and proposals.
Create charts, infographics, icons, and data visualisations for research outputs.
Develop and maintain brand-aligned templates (PPT, Word, dashboards, internal docs).
Work closely with consultants, analysts, and HR/people teams to convert raw content into clear, visually compelling outputs.
Improve consistency and readability across all Quesrow reports.
Support internal design needs (posters, event creatives, communication pieces).
Ensure timely delivery with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (PPT skills are must-have).
Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to simplify complex data into clean charts and visuals.
Experience designing for consulting, research, or corporate teams is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines with high quality and consistency.

Good to Have

Basic knowledge of Excel for chart creation.
Experience standardizing templates or building design systems.
Exposure to corporate branding guidelines.
