About The Opportunity Role Principal Technicians/Designers ( Revit/CAD/ OPM/C3D ) Clear knowledge of work procedures, and ability to work independently. Delivering Drawings to desired quality standards and according to mutually agreed timelines with the client. Able to communicate in confidence with client or foreign counterpart. Working in team to deliver projects on time. Attending meetings with technical leads. Excellent skills and hands-on in modeling softwares, primarily Revit and CAD. (OPM/P3D/Civil 3D will be a plus, but not mandatory). This position requires proficiency in Piping Modeling and Piping Layout, specifically in Revit, Plant3D Software Candidates must have experience providing BIM execution oversight, model management, model QC support and should be familiar with Process Industry Piping codes and Standard and good practices. Should have Piping Knowledge and experience on routing of pipes, pipe rack arrangements, piping layout basics, vessel piping, yard piping and piping layout arrangement for process mechanical equipment. Capable of preparing the Detail Drawings based on minimal input from Engineering's and should have strong understanding of pipe and fitting for Metal and Plastic Pipes. Experience in process piping design and have the ability to utilize a P & ID to develop a constructible and cost-effective 3D model A working knowledge of, valves, in-line devices and typical support details. Knowledge of Bentley Software Open Plant Modeler (OPM) will be an added advantage. We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. Here's what you'll need Minimum Requirements Diploma / ITI - Mechanical Engineering 8 - 12 years of relevant work exp. Should have experience in Piping Engineering, especially in design and layout in process industries. Candidate should be a good team player and shall have excellent communication ability (verbal and written) Excellent interpersonal skills writing, speaking, listening, persuading, and influencing and collaborating.
