Cochin office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in façade design using parametric and BIM tools.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one 3D Parametric Design solution/BIM (Inventor, Solidworks, HiCad, Revit or Tekla).

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and review contract documents, BOQs, and drawings.
• Set up design layouts for curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding, and skylights.
• Perform structural checks and coordinate non-standard/customised system designs.
• Review team drawings and ensure on-time submission.
• Coordinate with fabrication and site teams for smooth execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers/draftsmen, ensuring quality output.
• Conduct design coordination meetings and maintain documentation.
• Work closely with QA/QC and PM teams to ensure design compliance.
• Identify design risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
