LAVA International Limited Job DescriptionDepartment Quality Preferred Ind. / Sector Telecom/ Electronics Manufacturing /Quality Position Title & Band Desired Qualifications Graduate Place of Posting Noida Total Experience 5+ years Reporting To Total Compensation As per Industry standard On roll / Off roll On roll Job Purpose: Design Quality EngineeringJob Responsibilities & Key Result AreasKRAs and KPIs:- Developing strategies and plans to ensure product quality meets or exceeds requirements. Conduct DFMEA/DFM/PFMEA and review all technical and manual testing process along with stakeholders like Production, Market Quality, and Engineering department. Preparation of QRD document for each project according to project specification, technology & design of product to ensure the Quality process at the time of design phase. Preparation of QRD for different-2 projects & segments to ensure about the project Quality on time with robust outcome & make the time to time revision in the same according to Internal & External view of product, once the project QRD got finalized then the closure to be done with product, legal, After sales Quality & CSD etc. concern department. Participating in design reviews to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement Maintain AVL for the Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers for key parts. Change note process to be set-up for the new technology, design, new supplier to mitigate the failure at customer end. Identifying potential risks in product design and implementing measures to mitigate them. Preparation of weekly & monthly project Quality report for board meeting. Make the Quality project plan according to the TTM of project with closure of all Quality issues with help of CFT team. Investigating and analyzing product failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Collaborating with various teams such as design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to achieve overall product quality goals. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market failure data to continually improvement.
