1. Responsible for FF/PHE sales activities 2. Collecting enquiries from BD team, checking the tender techno commercially and preparing pre bid queries 3. Floating enquiries to vendors, receiving the offer and checking the offers technically and commercially. Preparing technical and price comparatives 4. Costing 5. Overhead and labour estimation. 6. Submitting offers to clients. Having techno commercial discussions 7. Pursue for order closure Attending pre bid meeting, negotiation meetings and closure meetings. Remaining in constant touch with client during the entire period 8. Intelligence gathering on client and competitors during the sales cycle 9. Build lasting relationships with customers and vendors 10. Sound technical Knowledge in FF & PHE systems design & standards. 11. AutoCAD Design software knowledge to read drawings to prepare / verify quantities. 12. Good rapport with FF / PHE consultant across south regions
