Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager Structures to join our team across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the design of structural systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and coordinate a team of designers and engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement design concepts, plans, and specifications for structural systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and designers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design and management.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and construction methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP.
