Job Summary:
You are responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and managing designer -client relationships within the interior design sector. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, customer relationship management, and an understanding of interior design trends and execution. The individual will oversee business development and client experience to ensure a seamless experience from lead generation to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
*Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, architects, and industry stakeholders.
*Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
*Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
Client Relationship Management:
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
*Understand client needs and provide tailored interior design solutions.
*Address client concerns and queries effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase design concepts and proposals.
*Provide post-sales support and ensure project completion as per client expectations.
Team Leadership and Performance Management:
*Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
*Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and provide feedback to the team.
*Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's sales and customer service skills.
*Foster a high-performance and goal-oriented culture within the team.
Design Team Coordination:
*Act as a liaison between the customer and the design team.
*Communicate client requirements and ensure alignment with design deliverables.
*Oversee project timelines and ensure smooth execution.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
*Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase brand visibility.
*Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.
*Recommend process improvements and innovative strategies to boost sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
