Job Description

Job Responsibilities Lead and inspire the Jewellery design team to produce innovative and high-quality designs. Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final product release. Conduct iconographic research Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive product launches. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products. Manage design schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs. Present design concepts and collections to management and stakeholders. Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Jewellery design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality Jewellery designs. Excellent understanding of Jewellery manufacturing processes and materials. Proven track record of managing design teams and projects. Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
