Job Description

Tooltech Global Engineering have requirement for our Bengaluru base client. The Shortlisted Employee will be placed in Bengaluru on our company role and he will be reporting to manager sitting in Bengaluru, it is for one of the Heavy construction Machinery Manufacturer . Role & responsibilities Advanced skills in SolidWorks for part design, assembly design, surface design, and detailed drawings. Must be very proficient with Solid works, assembly, detailing for preparing CAD models, and creation of manufacturing drawings for casting/Forging/Machining components. Understand customer requirements by thoroughly study of 2d drawing/3d data to provide cost effective solution. Knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Tolerance Stack up Analysis, Design for Assembly and Manufacturing. Knowledge of product change management process. Manufacturing knowledge (casting, machining, forging, injection moulding etc.). Co-ordinating with team for planning & executing new projects as per customer's schedule to achieve delivery and quality. Knowledge/ Educational requirements Excellent communication skills in the English language speaking and writing. Should have a very good capability to analyse customer requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
