Freshers may also apply. Requirements High standards of excellence in mechanical design, with clean and efficient CAD design methodology and expertise in AutoCAD, Solidworks, or similar CAD software. Strong mechanical design fundamentals and understanding of technical concepts in heat transfer and thermodynamics engineering. Able to do product ideation & reverse engineering Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines Reviews literature and examines available research to generate and relay ideas that can enhance the product features Ability to work with a cross-functional team. Basic understanding of sheet metal, machining and welding techniques. Should be able to literature Survey/ apply for patents Team Player, good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented and persistent when necessary, ability to drive quality issues.
