Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and design 3D models and drawings using Creo Parametric. Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) Rearrangement or Restructuring as per project requirements. Handle Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes efficiently. Work with large assemblies and heavy structures, ensuring design feasibility and manufacturability. Utilize Windchill for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) to manage product data and revisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and procurement, to ensure seamless product development. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in design and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during product development. Preferred candidate profile Experience in sheet metal and plastic components design. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection. Exposure to automotive, aerospace, or heavy machinery industries. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E) Mechanical, Production, or related fields. 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Creo Parametric & Windchill. Strong expertise in BOM restructuring and Engineering Change Management. Experience in handling large assemblies and heavy structures. Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
