Job Title: Executive - Design Location: Mahape Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Development: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. Develop and review designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. 2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and fabrication teams to understand project requirements. Ensure timely submission of designs for approval and production. 3. Material Optimization: Recommend suitable materials based on design requirements and project constraints. Optimize designs for material usage, reducing waste and costs. 4. Quality Assurance: Check designs for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability. Assist in resolving technical issues during fabrication and installation. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain design documentation and records for all projects. Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders. 6. Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in the fabrication industry. Suggest improvements to existing processes for better efficiency and quality. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in design, preferably in the fabrication or manufacturing industry. Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). o Strong understanding of fabrication processes and materials. o Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Experience with CNC programming is a plus.
