Able to perform design calculations, solution by validation, decision on meeting customer criteria/spec for Product Life cycle. Activities MissionsOccurrence and KPI PilotDecompose customer requirements pertaining to Electrical subject for each projectCompliance with the objectives of the OTD for CBC requirements. EstablishSupport bids, proposals, bid responses and estimating work packages for Ele activities.Compliance with the objectives of the Delivery requirement Ele and documentary indicators. PilotPerform Ele sizing for CB, Fuse, Rotary switch, cabling, Diodes, Contactor, relays and selection of Electrotechnical parts. Familiar with IEC and NF EN standards (ex: NF EN 50343) for Ele designs.DRL and milestones SupportValidation for design and function at supplier place. Support Supplier assembly process.QCD monitoring. ControllerPerform Documents, procedures, BOM, dwg through ECP and ECR.compliance with the objectives of the documentary and company internal process PilotPerform Electrical schematic with Creo Schematics following internal rules.DRL and milestones PilotPerform harness file (BOM, wiring manufacturing) following internal rules.DRL and milestones PilotPerform justification document for electrotechnical components.DRL and milestones PilotPerform insulation analysis following NF EN 50124 standards.DRL and milestones PilotPerform 3D harness on 3D battery with Creo and with a link with the electrical schematic.DRL and milestones PilotPerform 2D harness with 3D.DRL and milestones SupportPerform Doors requirement recordsDRL and milestones SupportActivities tracking with Project (planning)DRL and milestones Qualifications / Experience required Academic background : Graduate in Electrotechnical/Electrical. (Not Electronics) Experience : 4-8 years experience required in product development cycle Define architecture, write specification components, insulation analysis and Design of electrical circuits and electrotechnical component selection like selection of circuit breaker, fuse, sizing, short circuit protection calculation, signal connectors, EMC classes and consideration or design Experience in DC applicationsSchematics and layout creation with Creo Schematics.Selection of electrical parts and qualifications for local sourcing with test. Interaction with suppliers.Software Creo for electrical works for SCH and Cabling mandatory.ECN, ECR, SRD knowledge is required.Railway markets / Exposure to rail battery and Rails standards.Safety considerations for Ele designs and applications.Li Battery system knowledge is added advantage.
