Job Responsibilities: As a Design Engineer (Building Services), you will work on a variety of projects, from small to large, providing execution support for various projects. Engineer responsibilities: Represent the Firm in all interactions with clients, PMCs, architects and other project team members. Preparing calculations, reports, and specifications for plumbing, sanitary, storm-water drains, sewage treatment plants, water-supply and sewage line networking, rain water harvesting, organic waste converter etc, as typically required for housing schemes. Performing fire suppression/ fighting system selection, preparing preliminary designs, and creating performance specifications. Consulting on areas such as preparation of existing facility diligence, sustainability analyses, and feasibility reports. Producing drawings consistent with client requirements and standards Providing engineering support for more senior engineering staff study of tender document, Prepare Points for Prebid work ok on Tenders BID Procedure. Job Requirements: This is a great opportunity for a Design Engineer (Building Services) with Commercial, Corporate interiors. In addition to your engineering experience, to succeed in this role, you will need a solid knowledge of systems design for various projects with the ability to communicate design concepts via design basis reports, sketches and renderings. Engineer requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil or Environmental Engineering; exceptional candidates with Diploma in Civil / Mech/ Public Health Engineering may substitute with significant years of experience Licensed Professional Engineer/ Plumbing engineer, highly preferred / LEED credential, a plus Minimum of three (3) to Five (5) years of relevant experience in the Design field viz. Plumbing & Sanitary. Experience with latest version of Auto CAD-MEP, and REVIT, loop. Knowledge of Mechanical / Plumbing trades, building codes, Municipal byelaws, National Building Code of India and drawings / documents, For code. Detailed knowledge of pumps, STPs, OWCs, Fixtures etc from various manufacturers and the ability to make proper selections independently Ability to independently perform fire suppression hydraulic calculations to support design and estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility of construction
