Preferred candidate profile Candidate preferred from Manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Reactor , RCVD, Storage Tank, products which include granulation, coating, liquid, and ointment manufacturing equipment. Role & responsibilities 1) Study client URS, purchase order and Offer specs for .accurate machine design. 2) Understand the process and incorporate in relevant Equipment Design. 3) Execute Design Qualification with production team and capture deviations and correct the drawing accordingly. 4) Check the drawing, in accordance to applicable ASME and cGMP standards 5) Should have the updated stock list from store to utilize dead stock material in design and raise the internal change control to factory head and all concern departments. 6) Ensure approved layout drawing received from client and GA drawings are made as per layout. 7) Ensure CAPA of design based on feedback from CRM & production. 8) Ensure Drawing approval from client. 9) Ensure BOM material is accurate in drawing. 10)Review P&ID drawing in accordance to FDS. 11)Ensure security of DATA. 12) Ensure AS Built drawing is made after final FAT of machine and maintain drawing records for further reference h. Maintaining 2D model, drawings & BOM revisions and timely update of the SAP BOM. I. Persistant attempt to first time right. j. Ensuring as built drawings of job on completion post client FAT and SAT.
