Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer / Architectural Designer to develop and execute detailed design drawings and specifications for assigned projects. The role involves collaboration with senior designers, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure high-quality design solutions that align with project objectives, industry standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed design drawings and technical specifications for assigned projects. Collaborate with senior designers and project teams to develop innovative and compliant design solutions. Ensure all designs meet project specifications, industry regulations, and quality standards. Assist in the preparation of design reports, technical documentation, and client presentations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of design solutions across various project stages. Identify and resolve design-related issues efficiently to maintain project timelines. Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Design Execution & Quality KPI: Ensure 100% compliance with project specifications and industry standards. KPI: Deliver 90% of design outputs on time and within the allocated budget. 2. Collaboration & Communication KPI: Achieve a 90% or higher satisfaction score from senior designers and project managers for collaboration efforts. KPI: Ensure 100% of design modifications are communicated to relevant teams within 24 hours. 3. Project Schedules & Deadlines KPI: Ensure 100% adherence to project schedules for design deliverables. KPI: Resolve at least 85% of design-related issues within 72 hours. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field . 3-5 years of experience in project design, preferably in architectural or facade engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, BIM, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro . Strong understanding of industry regulations, facade engineering principles, and structural analysis tools . Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
