Role Description We are seeking a skilled Design Draftsman to join our in-house team. This is a full-time, on-site position. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical, architectural, and engineering drawings, and using CAD tools to support the design and construction processes. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Draftsman in real estate, construction, or architecture preferred Must be proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing (mandatory) Must have working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization Good command over Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling, area statements, BOQs, etc. Ability to prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and client-facing meetings Strong understanding of building layouts, elevations, and site planning Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers Familiarity with local building regulations and design standards (preferred) Show more Show less
