4. Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements to identify design scope, risks, and opportunities.
5. Interface with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure design compliance with codes and project requirements.
6. Manage coordination between structural, geotechnical, and construction teams for design optimization.
7. Support value engineering initiatives and innovation in bridge design and construction methods.
Maintain design documentation, ensure quality standards, and assist in project handover to execution teams.
