Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design needs and business objectives. Provide expert advice on branding, visual identity, and design strategy. Develop design concepts and present recommendations that align with company and client goals. Execute design projects, from initial concept to final production, ensuring high-quality results. Review and refine existing design assets, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design. Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure design alignment with business strategies. Oversee and participate in design execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines for both the company and its clients. Conduct design audits and prepare proposals and provide actionable insights for improvement. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Design Consultant, Graphic Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, UI/UX, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
