Job Summary:

• Meet prospective clients and understand requirements.
• Use preset design catalogues + mockups to pitch.
• Create quick renders/mockups for customization.
• Close sales and upsell add-ons (furniture, decor, lighting).

Skills Required:

• Degree/background in interior/architecture/landscape design.
• Communication + persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in SketchUp/AutoCAD/Enscape/Lumion.
• Customer empathy and selling ability.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
• Enscape Lumion/vray(Renders): 1 year (Preferred)

• English (Required)

License/Certification:
