Position Overview

Xio Studio, Chandigarh, is seeking a freelance Audio Mixing & Dubbing Editor to collaborate on dubbing projects for films, TV shows, advertisements, and digital content. This project-based role requires both technical expertise and creative sensitivity to ensure high-quality sound mixing, dialogue synchronization, and seamless integration of audio with visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Audio Editing & Synchronization

Edit and align dubbed dialogues with on-screen lip movements and emotions.
Ensure timing accuracy and smooth transitions between audio tracks.Mixing & Sound Design

Balance dialogue, music, and sound effects for professional audio quality.
Apply EQ, compression, noise reduction, and other audio processing techniques.Create immersive soundscapes that enhance storytelling.Quality Control

Review audio thoroughly to eliminate distortions, background noise, or mismatched tracks.
Maintain consistency in tone, volume, and clarity across all episodes/scenes.Collaboration

Work closely with dubbing artists, directors, and producers to capture intended emotions.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly.Technical Management
