We are hiring an Ocean Export Pricing for a freight forwarding company at Andheri (East), Mumbai. 📌 Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and submit FCL/LCL export pricing quotations in a timely and accurate manner. * Analyze customer requirements and select the most cost-effective routing and carriers. * Communicate with steamship lines, co-loaders, and NVOCCs to obtain rates and negotiate terms. * Maintain and update rate tariffs and contracts in internal systems (e.g., Cargowise, SAP, etc.). * Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure quote accuracy and follow-up. * Monitor market trends, GRI (General Rate Increases), and surcharges affecting pricing. * Ensure all quotes comply with internal SOPs and customer SLAs. * Assist with RFQs / RFPs and spot quote requests. * Maintain pricing records and performance KPIs. ✅ Requirements: * 5–10 years of experience in Ocean Export Pricing or freight forwarding operations. * Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, ocean freight documentation, and carrier rate structures. * Experience working with freight management systems (e.g., CargoWise, BluJay, Descartes). * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
