About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon with formal certification and experience in Hair Transplantation to join our growing aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate should combine medical expertise with an artistic sense of aesthetic design to deliver refined, natural-looking results for patients seeking hair restoration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced hair transplant procedures using FUE, FUT, or hybrid methods.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and customized treatment planning.
• Oversee graft extraction, implantation, and team coordination during procedures.
• Ensure meticulous sterilization, surgical safety, and clinical documentation.
• Provide post-operative care, monitor progress, and manage potential complications.
• Contribute to the clinic’s reputation through consistent, high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated with evolving trends, technologies, and research in hair restoration and regenerative treatments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology or MS/DNB in Plastic Surgery (recognized medical qualification).
• Certified training or fellowship in Hair Transplantation (mandatory).
• Proven experience in performing FUE and FUT techniques with aesthetic precision.
• Strong patient communication and counseling skills.
• Team leadership and mentoring abilities preferred.

Compensation: Attractive package with incentives based on performance and results.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
