🩺 Job Title: Part-Time Dermatologist Location: Cutibless Plastic Hair & Skin Centre, [Bangalore/wilson garden] Facility Type: KPME-Registered Hospital Setup Department: Dermatology – Hair & Skin Care 📋 Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves providing expert consultations for skin and hair-related concerns, guiding patients through treatment options, and supporting aesthetic and clinical procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-equipped, ethically compliant medical facility with a growing patient base. 🕒 Work Schedule Options Choose one of the following flexible schedules: Option A: 3 days a week (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Option B: 5 days a week, 4 hours per day Duration: Monthly commitment Timings: Flexible within clinic hours 💰 Compensation Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience and schedule) Incentives: Additional earnings based on conversion of consultations into procedures 🧑‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough consultations for patients with skin and hair concerns Diagnose conditions and recommend appropriate treatments or procedures Collaborate with plastic surgeons and trichologists for integrated care plans Maintain accurate medical records and ensure ethical documentation Educate patients on skincare routines, post-procedure care, and preventive measures Uphold NMC norms and KPME compliance in all clinical interactions Participate in internal training and case discussions as needed 🎓 Qualifications & Requirements MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and patient-handling skills Familiarity with aesthetic dermatology procedures is a plus ✅ Compliance & Ethics All procedures and consultations must align with NMC norms and KPME standards Strict adherence to patient confidentiality, informed consent, and ethical practice
