Job Description

Job Title Deputy/Associate Manager, Internal Audit

We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate has to possess below skills:

Responsibilities:

Developing Annual Audit Plans based on the risk assessment
Prepare and Review RCMS, Process notes, Flowcharts
Review and perform IFC testing, Process audits, Business audits and other audits as designed by IA Plan
Basic knowledge in Internal technology general control (ITGC) testing
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and documentation of the process.
Ability to handle external auditors and extend audit support through coordination from internal teams
Ability to work with management on key implementations of new process, Spear head any implementation changes to the process
Ability to handle the team and review work performed by the team
Perform other related assignments as assigned by the management

Requirements:

Experience :
CA Qualified with Proven working experience of 4 plus years as an Internal Auditor
Skills :
Proficiency in MS excel and MS PowerPoint and familiarity with Oracle will be an added advantage
