We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution and Dealer Network Asst. Sales Manager to oversee our distribution and dealer network in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and dealer relationships, and ensuring the effective distribution of our products across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve distribution and dealer network targets in Mumbai.
• Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers to expand the network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers, providing support and addressing any issues.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
• Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and key customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and dealer network sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor and dealer relationships.
• Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
