Deputy Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of secured loan products such as Mortgage Loans, LAP, and Secured Business Loans.
  
• Manage field sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Build and maintain a strong network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective service and relationship management.
  
• Monitor credit quality and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  
• Support team members and guide them to achieve performance goals.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in secured loans sales.
  
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and secured lending processes.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage field sales and channel development.
  
• Goal-oriented with strong business acumen and market understanding in the Kannur region.
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
