Role Description We are seeking a Deputy Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Deputy Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The role also involves regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales performance Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate sector is a plus Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Show more Show less
