Deputy Manager/Manager HR (Capability Building)

As Deputy Manager/Manager HR (Capability Building) at our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on capability building and training. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs. - Experience in managing a team of trainers is preferred. - Certification in training and development will be an advantage.
