Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities -

Manage offices in Kerala locations in terms of Facilities, Administration and Infrastructure
Manage Operational Expenses (Opex & Capex) and do budget planning for cluster.
Office equipment management
Ensure min 100% uptime of all office equipment
MIS Dash board management
Complete learning module
Extensive travel to handle Branch & DO offices across Kerala.
Technical expertise to handle Annual Maintenance Contracts for office equipment's (Air conditioners, UPS, Security systems (CCTV, FAS, IDS, Access control, Fire Extinguishers, Diesel Generators, AV
equipment's etc) & Services like Pest control etc.
Evaluate the requirement of office equipment's for purchase, replacement inline with market
availability.
New initiatives to introduce cost effective systems / office equipment's & reduce expenses.
Explore updated tech systems to add into Maintenance contracts.
Raise POs & Renewal of AMC contracts in advance with updated terms & conditions.
Co ordination with AMC vendors for PM schedules, Services, Payments.
Manage Operational Expenses (Opex & Capex).
Budget management for Kerala branches including DO.
Lease agreement management for Branch & DO Offices across the cluster.
Branch visits as per schedule
Meet Audit requirements for Kerala offices

Key Requirements - Education & Certification -

Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably Engineering graduate to handle technical needs)

Key Requirements- Experience & Skills

Key account/ AMC Vendor Management
Good Communication.
MIS Management.
