Job Description

Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment. Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans. Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network. Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth. Ensure distributor compliance with SKF s policies, branding, etc Skill Set Developing and Leading sales teams (coaching / mentoring) Business Acumen and Financial knowledge Funnel Management Executive Communication (CXOs/Top Mgmt) Interpersonal Relationships KPIs Revenue and Margin achievement Funnel management - hit rate (%) Inorganic business growth through new products, offerings and customers (X% of Sales) Collaborate across FVC Education & Experience Bachelor of Engineering(Preferred Mechanical) 8-12 years of industrial distribution sales Preferred industry : Industrial segment Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
