The Deputy Manager – Supplier Development is responsible for implementing global supplier development strategies, assessing suppliers' manufacturing capabilities, coordinating technical reviews, ensuring the flawless launch of new products, and enhancing supplier capabilities to meet BW standards. Additionally, the role involves conducting supplier quality training, promoting best manufacturing practices, and supporting program launches across multiple regions. Preferred qualifications include expertise in Powder Metal, Screw Machining, Stamping, Aluminium Die Casting, and Injection Moulding.
