Deputy Manager

As a Finance Manager at this Manufacturing/Services organization, your role will involve budget variance analysis and providing valuable insights to the business. You will be responsible for financial and business status assessments, as well as offering recommendations to enhance performance. Key Responsibilities: - Experience working in the finance function of a Manufacturing/Services organization - Possess CA/CFA/MBA Finance qualification - 8-10 years of relevant experience - Oversee financial entries related to the specific sub-area of Finance and Accounting - Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different units to ensure smooth FandA operations - Monitor compliance with accounting and reporting standards, as well as internal control systems set by the Group Head to ensure accurate and timely accounting - Prepare consolidated financial statements periodically for all legal entities - Regulate compliance of FandA standards/processes at Plant/unit level - Manage cash and credit at plant/unit/corporate office - Maintain accurate books of accounts, reports, lease and revenue contracts for the unit/project Qualifications: - FRC, Audit, Compliance, and Accounting Reporting skills About the Company: STL is a leading global optical and digital solutions company specializing in advanced offerings for building 5G, Rural, FTTx, Enterprise, and Data Centre networks.
