Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Statutory Compliance & Contract Labour Management team at Jubilant Biosys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing contract labour effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive statutory compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Manage contract labour agreements, including negotiation, review, and enforcement of contracts.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in statutory compliance and contract labour management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of statutory compliance and contract labour management practices.
Provide training and guidance on statutory compliance and contract labour management best practices.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to statutory compliance and contract labour management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in statutory compliance and contract labour management.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing and supervising teams is an added advantage.
