Deputy Manager-SFA opportunity @Alembic

1. System Development & Implementation

Lead the development and standardization of modules such as Expense, Brand Campaign, Onboarding, Leave, MTP, and Reporting to improve operational efficiency and transparency Ensure timely closure of pending modules in Niti & Disha applications within defined timelines. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system configurations meet business requirements. Optimize support processes for Tech Saarthi helpdesk by introducing structured response protocols, knowledge base updates, and feedback mechanisms to improve resolution times and field satisfaction. Conduct end-to-end testing and submit testing reports before deployment.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

Regularly connect with SFE, SFO, and IT teams to capture issues and provide resolutions. Arrange discussions with stakeholders for smooth module rollouts. Ensure alignment between business expectations and system delivery. Represent the SFA department in discussions with HR, Finance, and Auditors.

3. Reporting & Communication

Maintain progress reports on module implementation. Escalate critical issues proactively with suggested resolutions. Maintain proper documentation of developments and decisions.

4. Continuous Improvement & Development

Identify gaps in existing systems/processes, propose, and implement improvements. Keep track of best practices in reporting, other modules, and compliance for adoption. Upskill in tools (Excel & Python basics) to improve data handling and reporting. Contribute to cost-saving, optimization, or productivity enhancement initiatives.

5. Team Monitoring & Collaboration

Enhance team collaboration to reduce dependency issues. Monitor the teams activities to ensure timely completion.
