Job Title: SO/AM/DM – Insurance (Direct Channel) Department: Sales/Business Development Location: New Delhi Reports To: Manager/Senior Manager – Direct Channel Job Summary: The Deputy Manager – Insurance (Direct Channel) is responsible for driving insurance sales through the direct channel by managing leads, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves coordination with internal teams, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Drive direct channel sales for insurance products (Life/Health/General). Manage and convert leads generated through digital and direct marketing. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer queries. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings. Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets. Train and mentor junior sales executives. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the direct channel. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
