We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing to join our team. This role involves overseeing field sales operations, building a strong distribution network, and driving retail sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cosmetic, personal care, wipes, and facial sheet mask manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in leading teams and establishing sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage distributors and retail sales networks effectively. Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and organizational goals. Strategically establish and expand sales channels for sustained growth. Oversee and optimize chain distribution processes to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with multinational corporations (MNCs) and leverage industry best practices. Maintain excellent communication and relationship management with stakeholders. Utilize fluency in English for professional communication and reporting Expertise in building and managing distributor and retail networks. Team leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving results. Solid understanding of chain distribution and sales processes. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (verbal and written).
